We paid money for the buff and who are we to expect support for our purchase? Let the Devs sit on there hands and wait till they feel it is time that we deserve and update. Do not want them to have to put forth any effort till something is broke enough for them to fix. Only then are we worthy of the update. Not sure if this is arrogance or disregard for your customer? Either way I do not feel that you have my best interests in mind.

We are sorry you are not happy with our product. Let me stress a couple of points:

1. We think support is not just a fix. A fix is not a support.

2. We are sorry you are upset about the fact the B-52 is good enough and does not require any fix OUT OF TURN. We have a line of 22 previously released still current products that might need a fix too. We do not think the B-52 requires a special attention.
