You are right on the yoke error, but I'm really glad to see a worn and old cockpit there instead of a brand new one.
This is an old airliner, being used since decades and it just has to look old to give that nice "be there" impression in my eyes. On the 707 it gets even better, not to forget the B-52.
Same style on the 757 and 767 = nice detail in my eyes.

Funny thing. When devs do it the way CS did (real, worn optics), they get complains about it while the brand new optics will also cause complains. So you really can't do it right there.  ;D
