They couldn't define the cause conclusively, so they simply theorized that it was caused by the crew, given the CVR was erased and there had been talk among 727 pilots at the time about being able to increase the speed of the 727 by extending the slats.??? You have your own take on it? I know you said, earlier in this thread, when I asked you, a year or so ago if you knew him, that he got a bad rap. I feel his body language during the hearing, and after, was a just a tad suspicious.
