Well, I agree.
With Flyer01 solution on the loopEnd="0.000" for the guns section in the CSweapon.xml file (no more sticking gun sound), and Dave1452 solution on running FSX as an Administrator, I have this software working perfectly (even the calibration is good with red circle), with all sound and visual effects.
