1. Try to set TRAFFIC sliders as per manual. 2. Install traffic tools from FSX SDK, they will help you to see what is going on around you in terms of AI traffic.

No CS ai shows in traffic tools. But ok because I use traffic tools/traffic explorer from drop down menu. Right click on that screen. and create CS AI aircraft anywhere in the world I want.
