Check In to Your Profile Select Product (Weapon for FSX) > Customer Support > Search KB or Submit New Ticket > Submit new ticket. Fill in all the details about your system etc.. and submit the Ticket. Captain Sim will respond as soon as they can. Hopefully they sort it out quickly for you. While you wait for a response (or maybe even before you submit a Ticket), you could try downloading the file from the link in your email (the download URLs will expire in 72 hours) again and install from the newly downloaded file. Sometimes that can fix issues. Hope this helps Mark
