Maybe I'm missing something, but I generally load the center tank only if the wing tanks are full. So I will never have the situation stated above.

My question is now: must ALL the three tanks always have some fuel in? Or may I plan a flight with only wing tanks partially loaded? And, in such case, what configuration should I adopt in my fuel panel?
