Sadly, the CS 727 doesn't quite act like it should. If I leave ALL Fuel Pumps ON and ALL Fuel Crossflow Valves OPEN, then the 727 will alternate from tank to tank with the fuel supply. It will start of with a couple of thousand pounds feeding from the Left Wing Tank, followed by a couple of thousand pounds feeding from the Center Tank, followed by a couple of thousand pounds feeding from the Right Tank (or something like that). Then the cycle starts again. :(
