I would think that you just double click on the installer, you will be asked to Activate the product either Online or Offline, then it will detect the FS9 installation folder and install it there.

To "fly" the Space Shuttle, select one of the saved flights. I'm not sure what the flights are named for FS9 as I only have the FSX version. :-/
