Alright I have finally figured out how to run the B-52 with steam edition.
Step 1: Locate C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\FSX\SDK\Core Utilities Kit\SimConnect SDK\LegacyInterfaces

Step 2:  There will be 3 packs.

Step 3: Install each one separately. You will not get an output saying that “installation has finished”. It will literally take no more than 5 seconds each.
I am so excited that I got this to work. Love flying the BUFF!!!!
