Don't know the answer of that, but I have an excellent tutorial that a friend made (Cap. Miguel Lobo). He is a real pilot (he flew a real 727 for almost 5 years).  The only problem is that it is in spanish  :-/.

He shows everything, from dark and cold. it is almost 3 hours long  :o.
Not for CaptainSim specifically, but it is also valid for ours.
