The Weather Radar in the VC is the same one as the CS Weather Radar (that is a separate purchase, but a free bonus in the 727 and can't be used in other aircraft). The CS Weather Radar also shows a hand and it too, doesn't open the 2D Weather Radar Panel. It is my opinion that this would be better added to the CS Weather Radar forum.
