Yes. That is the one to modify. I suggest you do this first:

1. Rename the panel.cfg (I renamed mine panel-bak.cfg).
2. Highlight the CIVA_panel.cfg file, press CTRL+C (to copy it), then press CTRL+V (to paste a new copy there) - CIVA_panel - Copy.cfg will appear.
3. Rename the CIVA_panel - Copy.cfg to panel.cfg.

That way you will have a backup of the original panel.cfg, AND the CIVA_panel.cfg ;)

Note. You won't see the file extension (.cfg) unless you have unchecked the Folder options > View tab > Hide extensions for known file types
