It is called different things. If you look in the "707limitations.pdf" you will find "TRESH" speeds, Vth, at different weights (page 10). These are your Vref speeds.

In the document called "707limitations.pdf" you find the calculation of "Programmed Speed, Vprog" on page 11. This describes how to apply wind additives to Vth.

In the same document, on pages 16-22 you find profile descriptions of various types of approaches. These profiles reference Vth and Vprog.

So all the speeds you need are indeed in the package.
