yesterday I experienced the same problem. After downloading and reading the manuals I´m pretty sure that our problem has something to do with the guarded switch in the middle of the engine starter knobs on the overhead panel (ground start selector switch). I haven´t had a chance to try it out yet, but I think this switch has to be in the up position (low press) to start ALL engines. Please check the manual part II on page 41 for further information.
