Open the SimIcons Panel (SHIFT + 2) and click on the E icon (the AVAIL light will then be ON on the OH panel) so you can now turn on the External Power. The External Bleed Air is the BA icon on the SimIcons Panel and provides air for the Air Conditioning AND Engine Start if you so choose. I keep forgetting about the Engine Start and so I keep turning the APU on. ;D Mark
