I cannot get the "Legendary" C-130 to capture the glideslope...it always dives for the ground. Perhaps I'm doing it wrong so here's my procedure:

ATC vectors me onto an intercept of the ILS, I have the frequency and OBS heading for the ILS dialed in. As I approach the ILS in "Heading" mode I switch the AP to "VOR/ILS 1". The aircraft turns onto approach heading for the runway. I am below the glideslope and as the GS needle starts to drop I select the AP "Glideslope" button...and the aircraft noses down, continues past the glideslope, and heads for the hard brown stuff. At this point I turn off the freakin' AP and land the aircraft myself  >:(.

What am I doing wrong?
