As far as I know. If it works in SP2, it should work in Acceleration SP2. Acceleration has everything SP2 has PLUS some more. I have heaps of addons too (I don't care to count them because then I will start thinking of how much money I have spent) and I have had no problems with them running with Acceleration installed. Some of my addons come with the recommendation to have FSX + Acceleration to get the best experience out of it, but they are still great with SP2.

Most of freeware developers and the few payware developers I know try to make sure their planes work in all the different versions of FSX (RTM, SP1, SP2 & Acceleration), but at some point have to choose if it is going to be best with Acceleration because of the extra goodies it has.

Please don't take this as me saying you should, or must, have Acceleration. I'm not. In the end the choice is yours.
