Thanks. Now �I got it. I Select the 727-100 and in FSX screen .I open the top bar �"Aircraft" and select the "Select Aircraft" and RELOAD the 727X. Now I have the cabin �and APU SOUND. ;D

Yes, maybe "Re-Select" the aircraft would be another way to say it...glad you got it working!
