I seemed to have fixed it by doing maybe doing nothing.  I created a new default flight using the default 172 that I shut down completely and then saved that flight.   I also seem to have issues if I run the APU fire test.  

After creating a new default flight and skipping the APU fire test, works perfect.

Now that they have released the T7 and the L-1011 I hope they plan on working on a 727 v2.5.  This and the c-130 should be their primary aircraft.  Other companies have down the 737 classic and the T7, but when it comes to a 727 you have CS and another company and it is my understanding that DF is a FS9 product.
