So sorry about that. I went to write the instructions and discovered that my computer did not recognize my SSD so I could not get the file or the line you need to adjust. Here now are the instructions to fix the problem.

1. Go to where Flight Sim is installed and find the find the folder Captain_Sim.
2. In that folder you will see another folder named 727.
3. There you will find a file named Sound.ini

4. Open that file and look for the line that says:
SoundOffWhenSimIsSlew=1
Change the "1" to the number "0" zero

5. Save the file
6. Start flight sim and when you are in the plane reload the plane. I think the default key is CTRL + R (the control button and the R button pressed at the same time). You can also go into the flight sim menu and you will see the reload option there.

That should get the sound going. Each time you load the plane you will need to reload the plane to get the sound back.
