I just downloaded the 727-200 to add to my 727-100 I've been using for months and has worked fine.  I made my first 727-200 flight but could not get the autopilot to engage.  The cursor "hand" indicated all controls could be used, but the aileron and elevator engage paddles would not work, neither as an autopilot inset nor in VC.  Only the altitude hold switch and the up-down-turn knob seemed to operate but I don't know if they actually functioned.  I made the mod Markoz suggested to the aircraft.cfg file turning power on in [electrical] but it didn't help.
Any other suggestions?  the -200s are unusable right now.
One other minor irritation:  in the views of the passenger cabin there is one overhead locker that is open but I can't close it.  In the -100 I could close all of them.

The paddles on the Autopilot in the VC don't work for me. In fact I don't think any part of the VC Autopilot works for me, so I will test that when I get a chance later today. As for the 2D panel (Shift+4), it works perfectly for me.

With the overhead locker in the passenger cabin I close them and place the seats in the "upright position" and all those things by opening the SimIcons Panel (Shift+1) and pressing the Icon that has "C" on it (It's the bottom left Icon). I can't remember if I have tried to do these things by clicking on them with the mouse, but I will also check these later today.

One more thing. Is the 727-100 v2.3 or an earlier version? If not. Check in to Your Profile, select the 727-100 then click on Extended Download Service and click on the Get New Links button and download the 727-100 v2.3. It might help. Another thing. DO NOT delete or get rid of any earlier versions you have. Back them up on a CD (that's what I do. I keep them all as backups. One never knows).
