Boo, Bah, Humbug! �I can't fly my beautiful B52.

When ever I try to load the B52, I just get the error "Visual Model Could Not Be Loaded...", then FSX crashes to the desktop.

Any ideas guys?

EDIT: I have tried to post a new ticket, but as you're probably aware, the page is not working.

Did you try an uninstall and redownload and reinstall?.
Maybe you got a corrupt file in your first download

Mine went smooth with no issues

Yeh tried that Rick - thanks. If I run in windowed mode, FSX doesn't crash to desktop, but I get a completely black screen with the little CS icons in the botton corner!

It really bugs me when CS don't respond. I know this forum states 'no support', but surely when the auto support system is not working, it wouldn't hurt them.

PLEASE Captain Sim?? :-/ :'(

For information, just incase CS reads :-? I have now also tried with most up to date nVidia drivers.

The error message still presents, but FSX does not crash. The flight loads, but without the selected B52 - just the lights!

I don't run with dx10 preview

Captain Sim, can you please either respond to this or fix the 'New Ticket' problem.... PLEASE :-[

The page for submitting a New Ticket seems to be working fine for me, although I didn't actually submit anything because I'm not having any issues. I could enter in all the required information.

So...At what stage of submitting your ticket does it fail?

Hi Mark

I go through signing in and get as far as the link for a new ticket, but when I click it nothing happens. Eventually I get a 'Timmed Out' message :'(

I would try this..Go in your B-52 panel folder and remove this gauge file "Captain_Sim.b520.icon" ..but you wont be able to open the bomb bay .I,m pretty sure FSX wont crash anymore.
