When i start cold and dark and turn in FMC it say Enter IRS position what do i do? I turn on IRS to NAV but they keep on flashing Allign!

You need to open the FMC and CLR position warning, then click on  Position, click on 1R to put this position in the scratchpad then click on 4R to update the IRS system. Check all the lights go out on the IRS system.

yeah but on some vids it don't show up even when the IRS aint aligned!

yes i watch bobmarkey video and his FMC does not show Enter IRS position even when the IRS is not alligned

yes, but Bob was using version 4.2 I think, CS has made a few changes since V4.3 you have to manually enter the initial position to set the IRS now

how do i know what version of CS 757 i have

if you downloaded the aircraft during the recent sale for 9.99 then you probably have the newest patched version 4.4, if not, by the porblem you are having with the IRS position, i'd say 4.3...in either case, you can uninstall the previous one and redownload the aircraft from CS then u'll know you have the latest 4.4

i bought mine of amazon!

do you mean you have the just flight version?
if so go to their website and download the lastest patch.

where is the 1R button?

These are the Buttons down either side of the display 1L is top left button 1R is the top Right and then they just number down
