Finally I managed.

I loaded C-172 at KSEA and shut down the engines, just turning the start key OFF. I loaded CS-727X and started all three engines. I shut down the FSX and reloaded. I went my original airport KJFK I loaded 727X. I clicked CNT+SHIFT+F4 SHUT DOWN the engines. I loaded External Power and followed the CS-727X Ops Manual page 16th and restarted the engines. I hope this can be the solution. :D
