Thank you for your reply. I was going to put my SO panel screen on my post. Unfortunately I cannot manage to transfer screen shot to the post. There is  " " format but I don't know to use it.

I compared your screen with my . Here are the things I missed:

1-I left Boost pump Tanks: 1 & 3: "ON" not "OFF"

2- I did not checked Continues Ignition

Fuel shutoff valves: ON

Tanks 1&3 used all fuel. Tank 2 full  26825 Lbs fuel. All cross-feed valve"ON".
I lost 1&3 then I lost 2 with full fuel.

THat is how I crashed the plane.  The only action items were missing "Boost pump Tanks: 1 & 3: "ON" not "OFF". Is this sufficient enough to dried-up 1&3 tanks and lost number 2 also?? :-[
