I think you got the numbers mixed up, and you will cause confusion because of that.

If you look at the Calendar of Updates, you will see that the latest version of the 757 Captain is 757 Captain SP 4.6, which was released in November 2011. Since then, there has not been an update for the 757 Captain.

Version 5.0 has not been released (we don't know if it even been started yet). See the 757 Captain 5.0 wish list forum. ;)
