the landing speed varies due to fuel weight and wind... which is always different ..
what i have been doing for years is keeping the plane level with attitude indicator on the approach..full flaps...and then flaring the nose up right before touchdown..this takes care of the speed all of the time no matter what it needs to be...i dont know if this is what real pilots do but it has worked for me in flight sim on all aircraft in all conditions
