I did some circuits with the C-130, and noticed on 1 occasion that while I had the plane sitting there, with the engines running AND having the green buttons depressed, the engine torque was 2.4. The plane did sneak forward with the parking brakes on. The other 3 or 4 times the torque was 1.4 and the plane just sat still. Pressing CTRL+E after the engines were already started didn't fix it either.

It doesn't happen very often for me and I had never noticed this problem until I read about it here.
