Does this still happen if you have the 4 green Low Speed Ground Idle buttons depressed on the LOW SPEED GROUND IDLE CONTROL PANEL (Panel 'S' in manual Part II - Systems and Equipment pages 23 & 24)? Because I thought that they are supposed to prevent that from happening.
