I love your condensed format with color coding.  Have you thought about doing this for all the lists?  It would be much easier to read your list for FO Preflight, Capt Preflight, Pre-start, Start, After-Start, Taxi, and so on and so on than to use the CS PDF Manual.

I don't recall if I ever noticed it in the FS Kneeboard checklists, but I have to imagine it's either not there or not in as good a format as the manual or yours above if I can't recall ever using it.  8-)
