Dear Captain Sim,
As I could not find any form to send my request at the 'Customer Service' link, I am going to propose my problem here.
I bought the add-on 'XLoad' for 'SFX' and I faced installation trouble, which I reported to 'Customer Support'. The reply was 'They are doing their best to fix it'.

The message was as follows:

Q: When I try to install XLoad, I get the error message:
ERROR 41: Windows XP Service Pack 2 must be installed prior to XL18_117 installation.
(My Operation system is Win XP with SP3.)

A: Thank you for your report. The issue is one the list for the next upgrade, and is forwarded to our development team. We will do our best to address the issue in the next upgrade.

Having paid for all the application (XLoad), I would appreciate if you would inform me what developmentts you have reached.
