I have never had this problem. Not with either the CS757 or CS767.

As to the ghost engine sound. Rename these 3 files (757idle.wav & x757cfm.wav & x757idle.wav) in the sound.PW and sound.RR folders. Did you forget about those ones Tim? ;)

Would you mind if I tried your route to see if mine winds up having the same problem as yours?
