I ran into the same thing with PHNL. I discovered that the airport is in the Captain Sim airport and runway data as PHIK, Hickman AFB which shares it's runways with adjacent Honolulu International Airport. �I went into the Captain Sim Airports and Runways database files and changed all the PHIK entries to PHNL. Honolulu now shows up in the FMC.
