I don't have FSX Accellaration. I understand that XLoad needs Accelleration to fully work. However, I was wondering if XLoad would fully work (including the VC panels, etc.) with FSX SP2.

No. All features of the Acceleration F/A-18 interior model and systems (VC) are available for the XLoad F/A-18D exterior model only if MS FSX Acceleration Expansion Pack is installed,
