Here is my introduction into 707 repainting. John Travolta's 707 Jett Clipper Ella.

I just have a little more work to finish it off. SHould be ready soon.

In fact I need a few willing simmers who would like to test my first 707 repaint for me. Anyone interested please send me an email and I'll send the beta over for a try out.

Okay Dax, I'm gonna check my emails. By the way, would it be okay if I sent you some idea for 707 repaints? I'll do the researching, testing and picture findings while you do the repaints. What do you say? �;)

OK, here are the pictures. I used Boeing Field as the testing grounds:

I also have some test-in-flight pictures. I'm uploading em to photobucket and then here. If you want any other pictures, like the sides or anything, just ask me. �;) I'll be waiting for the next version if there is one.

TEST REPORT

TAIL - The "707" on the tail is great. Both sides are just about on the same position. There's nothing to fix there.

HULL - The blue stripe on the front lines up perfectly on the back. Same for both sides. The number on the aircraft also has no problems.

CONCLUSION - There is currently nothing to fix. Everything is as it should be.

I found out why it didn't appear on Avsim. It was the name I had given the zip file. Even though it never gave any indication of the problem, I realised the problem. It has been renamed and uploaded and and I finally got the comfermation from the file manager.

So, it has it been loaded A OK? The same thing happened to me once. It took about a week to rename the file name, but I didn't get an email. :-[
