Maybe you didn't install it correctly. Try downloading from this section of Captain Sim's website, that's where I got mine: http://www.captainsim.com/support/dl/rk707.html

If it doesnt work, then try using another programme to open it. Try to download Adobe Photoshop 30-day trail version. It will be for free. :)See if it works with that.
