It doesn't work for me either,with an Avianca texture. I've treid everything. even after loading it via ACE succesfully it doesn't show. and upon starting the sim I get the message that tere are multiple objects with the same name and they must have individual names!!!

KB#4530 only says that the development team will look (ing) into the matter....In the mean time we wait.... ::)
