Surprised nobody has mentioned Orbiter yet... Unless of course CS have taken the posts down about a different product.

Go to http://orbit.medphys.ucl.ac.uk/orbit.html and find the basic Orbiter package, then find all the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo addons that have been made for it. You won't be disappointed.

Best thing? It's free... The whole lot.
