I jus added an auto throttle to the 707. The 727 should be the same, go to autopilot section in the plane.CFG and place a 1 where it says 0 for auto throttle , Activate it with shift+R. You can also get a free FMC over at Avsim so the auto throttle has something to work with, all works perfect
