Title: engine fire warning lights
Post by highflyer on Jun 21st, 2006 at 2:21pm
In FS-9 you can program engine failures and I know how to do that. I have just purchased my first two Captain Sim aircraft and see that they have engine fire test switches and extinguisher pull handles. My question is can the game or aircraft be programmed to simulate an engine fire so the warning lights for a fire cone on?

I have an add-on(payware) that simulates engine failures, fires, etc. and have used it with the CS aircraft. Works fine :)

thanks for the information. Would you supply the name of the program you bought to simulate fires.

I bought the add-on from FlightSim.com. It's called "Engine Failure 1.1"...you can find it on other flight sim websites, too. In the FlightSim.com Pilot Shop, look in "Utilities" section and you will find it there. Good luck!

Cool! Hey Captain Sim, you should make a software for making failures on your add-ons.
