Manny, I'll take your word on the realism bit. I have no real world basis for comparison. I do know that the 727 is the most/only challenging "bird" to land in my inventory. Now that I'm getting my air speed and flaps playing nicely together, I've still have to get the hang of sustaining runway alignment while making my final descent. The aircraft has a tendency to oscillate. I'm probably over-correcting? I'll give your AVSIM airport recommendations a try albeit a little off the beaten track from my normal flight paths.
