Keystrokes for Pilots' Windows given as "Shift+E then 2".  This combination does not work.  Pressing Shift+E immediately opens Forward Door - pressing 2 immediately afterwards has no effect.  FS Keyboard correctly assigned (Event 1, 2. 3, etc).   :-?
