Actually, I've located a government web site that has our Dash-1 Flight Manual, an appendix covering our avioncs and a bunch of other useless junk that noone needs. Was pretty simple actually. Search for:  HC 130 I'll let you find it from there.  I ran this by a higher up at work and he had no apparent issues.  His reasoning was, we had just transferred 3 C-130E's to the Iraqi Air Force... that and the source of the documents put them on the internet themselves. So, I'm not going to give you the direct link ... someone else can.  My only recommendation is, don't print everything you find.  Unless you have the binders and paper and toner for 5000 pages. -Brad
