I am unable to get the ACE payload tool to work.  I am running Windows 10 64 bit.

The app itself seems to run ok, and I can set up things how I want and click save, but it never actually loads the airplane.  When I check in the FSX payload manager, it shows most payload boxes are empty.

My only option is to manually enter in the weights of all 200+ stations in the default FSX payload manager in order to load the airplane which is extremely tedious.

For the ACE tool, I did try enabling "Run as Administrator" in the file's compatibility options (Properties) but this doesn't help.  I don't know if any other compatibility settings would help or not.  Does anyone know how to get the ACE tool working?
