I purchased the Boeing 767-300ER PW variant today via the Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024 Marketplace. I intended to purchase the GE variant but mistakenly selected the PW version.
The aircraft downloaded automatically after purchase, but I have not flown or used it.
I am not requesting a refund — I am respectfully asking if it would be possible to exchange the PW variant license for the GE variant that way I can buy the liveries I want to use.

Hi Melacio,

Unfortunately we have no control over the Marketplace transactions, if I personally could I definitely would. Perhaps contacting MS support and see if you can work something out with them?

Although the PW variant has quite the selection of liveries available, worth a browse!
You can also request liveries in the other topic for a potential future pack. :)

Thank you for the response.

I reviewed the available liveries for the PW variant and I do not see any American Airlines liveries listed. That is the primary airline I was intending to use with this aircraft, which is why I was trying to obtain the GE variant.

Could you please confirm whether an American Airlines livery is currently available for the PW version, or if there are any plans to include one in a future livery pack?
