I am contacting you regarding the 777CS add-on purchased through the Microsoft Flight Simulator Marketplace.

Unfortunately, I am experiencing several serious issues that make the aircraft extremely difficult to use and unrealistic compared to other aircraft in the simulator (such as the A320 and B787, which work correctly on my system).

The main problems are:

1. After takeoff, when engaging the autopilot in Vertical Speed mode and setting an assigned altitude, the aircraft descends instead of climbing, even at normal speeds (around 250 knots).
2. Trim behavior appears to be incorrect or uncontrollable, preventing proper climb performance.
3. Ground steering / tiller does not function correctly with my T Flight HOTAS One. The tiller axis moves visually, hydraulics are active, speed is low, yet the aircraft does not turn properly on the ground.

These issues do not occur with other aircraft, which suggests the problem is specific to the 777CS add-on.

I have already contacted Microsoft Flight Simulator Support, but they informed me that Marketplace refunds are not possible and advised me to contact the developer directly for support or resolution.

I would appreciate:

- Guidance on how to properly resolve these issues, or
- Confirmation that these are known bugs with an upcoming fix, or
- A possible refund or alternative solution if the aircraft is currently not functioning as intended.
