I see that no one has replied to answer my question. The only reply is that it was discovered that it didn't work, and you leave it at that with NO explanation as to the cause and that the team will be working on it! It's getting to the point where no one can get any support anymore! I want to know if this problem is going to be fixed. I recently purchased this addon and I expect that this problem, AND any other problems, be fixed, and include the latest manuals! It seems that you people are putting out these addons and NOT checking them to make sure EVERYTHING works! You put this stuff out claiming this or claiming that and some things don't work correctly. Then on top of that, you DO NOT update the manuals representing the latest versions! You include manuals that represent older versions of an addon which DO NOT include changes that were made in the later versions! This is becoming a bad habit among many addons being put out today, and we're getting fed up with this lack of quality and support! I think you people knew very well that the main cargo door on the 767-CF did not work, and you sold the addon as it is! This is unacceptable! I know you people can fix this problem and it is YOUR responsibility to fix any problems that arise! WE expect better addon quality and support!
