When i take off and fly i have to keep upward pressure on yoke as aircraft steers downwards.
I believe there is no trim on this vintage aircraft but is there a way
to fly level without having to maintain pressure on the yoke?

That’s completely normal behavior for this aircraft. The SPAD doesn't have any trim system. These early aircraft were pretty unstable and required active hands on flying.

You can try using the trim assist in the simulator’s assistance options to make flying a bit easier.
