I am writing concerning the 717 Captain package I bought earlier today.  I am just returning to MSFS after about 10 years and specifically purchased your package because I am a 717 Captain at a real world airline.  I have been out of the cockpit for 5 months and was hoping to refresh my memory a bit.

I am very concerned that I bought the wrong package.  I have MSFS 2024.  Your landing page for the 717 at captainsim .net/products/q712/q717/ mentions nothing about different versions for 2020 and 2024.  The link from that page to your store at captainsim .com/store/ only has a link for 2020 and I assumed that this must be the version that works with 2024.  After trying to install it, I went to your forums to figure out why it wasn't showing up and found under a thread (captainsim .org/forum/csf.pl?num=1748544378) that you are selling a different version for 2024.  There is nowhere on your site that says this.

So, my question is, does the 2020 version from your store work on 2024 or not?  If not, can I please have a refund?  I realize that your site says that there are no refunds for digital downloads, but your site is also VERY misleading.  Thank you for your consideration.

717 for MSFS 2020 available in both the Captain Sim Store and the MSFS Marketplace.

717 for MSFS 2024 available only in the Microsoft Marketplace 2024.

Please note: when you select the MSFS 2024 filter in the Captain Sim Store, the only aircraft shown is the 777-300ER.
